1. Q:Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We have our own factory and we also represent other subcontractors who are the end producers of all our product range.
2. Q:What is your regular payment term?
A: T/T(30% deposit and balance payment against copy of BL), L/C at sight.
3. Q:What is the MOQ for your different products?
A: Whether you're a wholesaler or retailer, we're always glad to support different types of customers. Usually, a FCL order will be better than LCL, due to the higher shipping cost of LCL.
4. Q: Is your price competitive, compared with other suppliers in the same line of business?
A: Here, we couldn't guarantee that our prices are the cheapest, and we think a quality product needs a good pricing to support. However, if you have a target price to compete in your market, please feel free to let us know, as we know how to adjust the production cost and keep balance between your target price and quality.
5. How do you control your product quality?
A: For those products, which are not purely hand-made, like fabric, PP braid, wheat straw, etc, all the production processes are finished in our factories and we have our QC inspect every step and make sure no major defects occur. The products, which are 100% hand-woven are handed out to our local farmers. Our QC will inspect the mass production before collecting them back to our factories and once any serious defect is found, like obvious deformation, we will ask the farmers to re-make improved ones. The last process before packing is to mend minor defects, like uncut threads, untrimmed wicker, dirty dot, etc. Plus, we will bear the quality responsibility, even the goods arrive at our customer's warehouse.
